Hey guys, I'm looking to buy a new GPU, I'm just not sure on what to get. I only really know nvidia so looking at AMD is a little confusing. I'm willing to spend up to around £200 and I need one that will run most games on ultra settings. My current choice is MSI's GTX 760 ( Pre overclocked :D) at £199. What do you all think?

System specs:
24GB Corsair Vengeance RAM
i7 3770k Oc'd to 4.2GhZ
p8z77-v lx MOBO
256GB SSD
3TB WD hdd
500GB WD Hdd
Corsair H80i Watercooling
CX 750W PSU
Gpu???

Haha, I'd quite like to try AMD, Just no idea where to start :)
I know a few people who use AMD, so I'll ask them tomorrow for you ;)

I'm one of them ;)

AMD all the way mate, especially for gaming - you'll notice a real boost in performance over Nvidia.

Thanks for all the recommendation, everyone. I'm looking to upgrade my system as well. Not any time soon though, I must get a new chair first. This one is slowly dying

The chair is my last upgrade. New PSU and monitor first!

Look at the Fractal Design's PSU - top quality!

As for monitor, 120hz or above!

I still can't believe you chose nVidia over AMD, I thought we were friends

I haven't chosen yet! And I just want a modular PSU. Also I already know my monitor :)

I will be getting cx600 semi modular edition but I dont know if I shoud get the MSI R7 2601GB GDDR5 or grab a GTX 750. The thing that I like about the GTX 750 is the super low TDP. The 750 has a TDP of 55 Watts while the ti edition has a TDP of 60. MSI has a TDP of 95 Watts
I have an Intel Core I5 750 stock 2.67 Ghz 2 sticks of 2gb Kingston 1333 Mhz ram Foxconn P55MX motherboard Ocz vector series 128gb for os and games and the rest goes to the Samsung HD103SJ TB. My current graphics card is the Palit GT 440 1GB DDR3

I already have the CX750 haha
Could you give me your thoughts and any bad experience if you have. Many users have said there is coil noise and it wont go away unless you turn off the power supply unit from the switch. As said above I will be getting the CX600M

i've also seen lots of bad rep. But honestly I love it. No coil noise. quiet. And runs perfectly. I've never had a problem with it but many people seem to dislike them. Good luck!
