X26 likely to get WVL's from route 19 and ELT routes.
427 going to Abellio is a surprise it is a difficult route to run but will WS have any space
Shame no improvements have been made on the 433
464 to Abellio surprised but its not bad because its easier for drivers to travel from Beddington Lane

A major revamp of buses serving central London has been expected for a while now, and today TfL has launched a consultation regarding changes to 23 central London routes. Full info: Have your say on proposed changes to buses in Central London - Transport for London - Citizen Space

Notably, many of you may be interested to know that route 3 could be rerouted to Russell Square:

Rather shocked about the 3, but I guess it would provide a new useful link between Brixton, Leicester Square and Tottenham Court Road. At the same time, it does make the 3 less of a 159 duplicate. I'm looking forward to seeing the changes.
Thats quite a change at it cuts out Regent Street and adds some more stops between the start and Trafalgar.

Do they mention if it adds any more time to the route basted on the proposed changes?
it certainly will add more time to the route, but their intention is to keep it running at the same frequency. Will be interesting to see where the source the extra NRMs from

I may be incorrect, but the 3 is an every 30 minute service looking at a timetable? - so it does look like they will need additonal buses for it - if they cant source extra NRM's do you think Abellio would throw some other buses on it?

I'm not a Londoner so I'm not really well versed on what routes run which buses! :(

Yeah the route 3 proposal is definitely one of the better changes imo.

The N3 runs every 30 mins on Weekdays and every 15 mins on weekends, the 3 runs every 8 mins on Weekdays and Saturdays and every 10 mins on Sundays. So with a Peak vehicle requirement of 22 buses (currently) with 3 spares I imagine the PVR will increase slightly meaning another 2 or three NRMs will need to be sourced.

Ah - apparently I still cant read bus timetables! :(

I expect they arent building any new NRM's so sounds like they would need to lease them from another company if they had the spares for it.
