Answered Steam games deleted

My computer was rebooted and unfortunatly, OMSI 2 got deleted.

Is there any way that I can restore OMSI or do I have to buy the game again?

Steam isn't wholly a local piece of software. While you're games are downloaded to your machine, the accounts for which the games run off are stored on a main server. If you've wiped your computer then the games will disappear from your local drive, but they will still be available on your account (thus off of the server). If none of your games appear then you've logged into the wrong account.

If you open steam and go to your library it should show you the games that you own.:

Games that you own that aren't installed are shown in grey; opposed to the white for installed games:

If Omsi is shown as being uninstalled right click on it and select "Install Game..."

It will then pop up a dialogue box asking about the details of the install (location, shortcuts, etc.) , choose your preferences then click next:

It should then install. If not I've wasted my time trying to explain this and I've done it wrong.

There's no games in my library. When I click on library, it says 0 next to it.

The computer was fully rebooted and my steam account was lost. Everything is gone.

It says that I might have logged in the wrong account. But I have 2 accounts and I have logged in both of them and the games are still not there.
