That's not how pathing in OMSI works. Junctions can only be connected via sceneryobjects (i.e. crossings/junctions objects). Additionally, your paths are like a metre off the ground, and AI vehicles will pass through the parked cars you have there.
I'd say the corner is way too tight there to connect them up. I'd suggest moving the connection point (so the end of the white paths in image 1) further to the right so there's more to connect it to. It does come down to trial and error.
