Repaint gives O305 milky windows (1 Viewer)

Hi, all i am having a go at bus repainting, and i have come across one problem.
I seem to be getting a milky texture over all of the windows so they are not see-through, i think this is down to transparency.
I have read about this somewhere but i cannot find it, if any one could help me with this that would be great. :)

Here's how im editing:
Using Paint.Net to edit bitmap image and to convert to .DDS file
I tried converting to .tga but all i would get was a complete white repaint.

Hiya,
Sorry if forgot to put that.
It's the o305 2 door version as used in the bowdenham map on the 20,21,22,50 I am trying to edit the 22 by renaming it and editing.
The milky looking texture on the windows I think is a transparent issue which I'm not sure of, I noticed that all the other repaints are saved as .tga files and not .DDS but me saving as . tga just makes the bus go completely white but the windows are fine.
I will try and upload a pic when I get home again shortly.
Cheers for the quick reply

Ah okay, No worries :)
Paint.net is fine :)
1. Save the repaint in paint.net as a .tga - So as an example 01test.tga. Save this in OMSI 2\Vehicles\MB_O530\Texture\rep
2. Then open up notepad and copy the following:

***************************************
test
***************************************
[item]
test
repaint_body
01test.tga

3. Save this as Test.cti in the directory OMSI 2\Vehicles\MB_O530\Texture\rep. and open up OMSI as you would to select the bus and find "test" it should work :)
