Ok so after now purchasing the Masterlite pack, I've tried two variants, 9.6m ong and the LHD 11.5m one.
Overall impressions are extremely good, and I highly enjoy driving the buses, especially starting them up.
I have noticed one bug though (not sure if this has already been reported by someone else):
The looping bit of the bus's horn is really quiet, barely audible, while the starting and ending bits of the horn are at a normal level. (I've only ever noticed this with the 9.6m one)
@FirstEnviro I do understand what you mean, however I do find it a bit odd to have the different MS buses under different manufacturers in the Vehicle list.
At first I thought something didn't install right when I looked into the "[MS] Masterbus" manufacturer category. I did find it, but I still think that if you do it this way it would confuse some people. However, if you do do it this way, I'd do the same with the MasterDeck.
Also, here are some features I've noticed that the MasterLite has, which the MasterDeck doesn't (yet?).
• Indicators With Animations. The MasterLite's indicator stick has a really small and smooth animation to it, however the MasterDeck doesn't. Though minor, I'd really like to see this feature making it into the MasterDeck too.
• Disableable Steering Wheel. I know I've said this before, but now I've noticed that the MasterLite has one, so why not the MasterDeck too?
• Draggable Doors. This is a very nice feature which I would also like to see on the MasterDeck.
And finally, I've got a tiny suggestion on how you could improve it even more.
I've noticed that the sunscreen has solid grey colour, but when you pull it down, it's got an ambient occlusion baked into it at the top.
Instead of doing it like this, I'd make a small plane with the same width as the sunscreen, with an alpha material and a texture containing only the black ambient occlusion shading. This always stays at the top of the sunscreen, so you can see it all the time. And with this in place, I'd get rid of the ambient occlusion on the actual sunscreen.
Thanks for taking your time to read this, and thank you again for this amazing pack.
