The MMC stands for Major Model Change as you can quite clearly see this is the old model of the Enviro 400/500 just it has the Facelift with the lip bumpers.

I can assure that it is not an MMC. :)
I can assure you that that is an Enviro500MMC.

The original style of E500 looks like this.

When the MMC was made available in HK, it had the facelifted E400 front familiar in the UK.

It's also available with the E400MMC style front, and this is an E500MMC facelift, similar to how there is a Classic Gemini 3 and a Stealth front Gemini 3.

It's basically how both of these are Gemini 3s:

How can it be an MMC when the MMC was announced on 1st of May 2014 and the Enviro 500 you've posted is a 2012 model Body number (SL4087) AD C519/27

E500MMC was a Hong Kong variety before the UK series was introduced.

From Wikipedia: "The second generation Enviro500, also known as the Enviro500 MMC, was launched in 2012, replacing the original version."

Hmm.. Wikipedia seems a lot of people get there "Facts" from there but the Chassis does not make it an MMC it even says there its known as four different variants, the MMC is the body hence why its called a Major Model Change, im not going to sit here and argue anyway! :)

Wikipedia has to be referenced from somewhere however. MMC refers to the entire bus, because Enviros that are not Scanias or Volvos or MANs are what we call integral buses. So the MMC refers to both the chassis and the bodywork. Besides the more familiar style of bodywork was not sold on the original Enviro500, it was introduced as the MMC. The Enviro500s that look like E400MMCs are simply facelifted versions of the 2012 Enviro500MMCs.

I know what integral means :D:D

Its just like saying any Enviro 200 built after 2015 but with the original bodywork is an MMC because its Chassis is an MMC chassis, no its not an MMC.

Sorry to be so blunt, but do you actually have any idea what you're talking about?

No it isn't because Enviro200s built after 2015 but with the original bodywork are still the Dart-derived Euro 5s, they are still the same as the ones built before 2015, just in smaller numbers.

Well yes clearly i do, its been said that the Chassis also makes it an MMC but as an example there are many Enviro 200s being built still on the old bodywork but with the MMC chassis but its not an MMC its a First Generation Enviro 200.

I think you'll find that most of the Enviro 200s being built at the moment on First Gen are MMC chassis's because they're Euro 6.

@N531 DWM
That picture @SubtleGTA amd @WelshWizard posted IS an E500mmc, it stands for what you said and if you look at an older e500, there are quite clearly drastic changes between that and the MMC.
I'd also like to point out that we're having an argument in the screenshots thread :P

Answered your question then, it was pointed out above that the Chassis also makes it an MMC, when yeah it does not.
May I remind you that you implied around 5 minutes ago that the MMC was a chassis;
