That's a 3rd-party object that's been installed into a default folder. As such it leaves no clues as to where it came from. I can't find any clues via Google either, so my only suggestion is to check that you've installed all the dependencies for the map you're trying to run.

I can only assume it was supposed to be bundled with the map as the dependencies work fine and nothing is missing from the other map I had to install. For now, I have just copied and renamed another generic file as a temporary replacement. I always double check everything and the map had no read me.
