Map will not load in main game

Hi, all i have been editing a map adding routes etc changing senery with the editor, but i have noticed now the map will not load in the main game all i get is blue sky, cars, people walking around in mid air and no buses.
The map loads fine in the editor which is weird.
I have had a look at the logfile and can see some errors to which i have investigated and they are already installed. Im a bit confused.
I have attached my logfile below.

Any help would be greatfuly appreciated.

It's a route problem. Rename your TTData folder to something else, load it in the game. If it loads fine then you have made a mistake with your Tracks/Trips
