Attachment points are fairly simple:

Rotation about the Z-Axis when this attachment point is selected. Numbers are in degrees, counted clockwise from the mesh origin.


The next 3 numbers, are the X, Y and Z movement of the object when the attachment point is selected. So in this case, it will move 0m in the X direction, 0m in the Y direction and 0m in the Z direction. All numbers are in metres.


Omsi automatically numbers the first [new_attachment] tag as attachment point 0, numerically increasing every time a [new_attachment] tag is found reading down the .sco file.

Hopefully that makes sense.
