So I am recently seeing many people having issues with .hof files in which Not in Service (The main one I see having the issue) is not displaying. Over the past couple of months I have been trying to figure it out and I have now found the issue. For some reason any destination that is numbered 1 (e.g. if you are doing it in .hof suite) or a similar program, it will not work in OMSI. I have tested this on 3 different .hof files all coming out with the same results.

So to fix this, make sure that your destination number is set to either 0 or 2 and then counting up from there in whatever you are using to make a .hof or using whatever numbering convention you wish.
