Did you reinstall the mods or the game from scratch? If you just mean the mods, then the first thing to do is to verify the integrity of the game cache in Steam, which will find and replace any corrupted files in the base game - Google it for instructions.

If that doesn't work, navigate to your OMSI 2 directory and delete the entire OMSI 2 folder, then go back to Steam and verify the game again - this will result in a totally fresh copy of the game.

As a bonus, if you don't want to lose everything in your current installation, you can just rename the OMSI 2 folder instead of deleting it (eg to "OMSI 2 Backup") before verifying - this is a trick often used by developers to generate clean installs, to save hassle bundling...

You can switch between the two installs just by renaming the folders - Steam will launch whichever one is currently called "OMSI 2".

I have tried all of this. Done a fresh start I don't know how many times.
Some sort of error in modul "omsi.exe"?
