That's because....its the operator's livery?Ah yes of course
Also, at least everything is Olympia livery apart from a couple of recent arrivals from midland bluebird
Oh. I thought you meant...they need more variation of liveries :PWell yeah but what i'm saying is at least it's not a mishmash with some olympia and some barbie vehicles
No. They don't. Fleet standardisation meaning that maintenance is the same and there is no special parts needed for certain vehicles. Also, you've forgotten about the Optare Solos, Transbus Dennis Darts and Streetlites found at depots around West Yorkshire (e.g. Halifax and Huddersfield). Don't count on anything else of variation in the future. And on the livery side, Olympia is the fleet standard with most vehicles in service being in it - with anything in Barbie eventually being repainted or withdrawn.Does First West Yorkshire need more different types of buses? All the buses seem to be Wright bodied Volvos of sorts, but we also have Wright bodied Scanias and ALX400 Volvos. Only others are E400s (orig and MMC bodied)

When it comes to variation of fleet, no one does it better than London United. LU's Hounslow Depot (AV) run the H98 (Hounslow to Hayes End) you can get anything from E200s and electric Optare Metrocities to Scania Omnicities, E400s, darts and tridents, of varying lengths and degrees of maintenance. Ithink I've seen a Gemini 3 MK1 on there once also.
