Stagecoach Cumbria have some 56 plate Pointer 2s still going strong. The fleet have just had a recent repaint.

Alright buses I guess - went on one a couple of months back, crawling uphill out of Dartmouth at about 15mph. It was WA56 OJN
It's nice to see the good old Darts instead of Enviro 200s sometimes.

(pictures of the front are overrated...)
Real nice shot of WA56 OJN!! I've been to Dartmouth just a few weeks ago!
For me, it's actually quite the opposite. In Paignton, the only city buses we get are these: E400, E400 MMC, ALX400, Optare Solo, Optare Solo SE, and Plaxton Pointer 2. All other buses are very were hereabouts. :)
Now don't get me wrong, I really love the Plaxton Pointer 2s, but I think it's always nice when I get to see an E200 or E200 (mainly in Exeter, or as Country Buses in Totnes and Newton Abbot). ;)

Also here are sister pointers DPS30672 and DPS30677 on the 72, which used to have a full allocation of pointers up until earlier this year.
Both these darts probably ended up in the scrapheap after their withdrawal from service in December 2018.
