RM1, the first prototype routemaster, seen today at the Acton Depot Museum Open Day, with RM4712 on the right in the golden jubilee colours.

FRM1, the only Front-doored Routemaster made, was doing a little 20 minute tour around Acton too, made for a nice ride it did.

Well, I’m happy. As I got back to the station we parked at yesterday, I came across 2 G1’s, with no logos on, doing the Rail Replacement between Stanmore and Hemel Hempstead on behalf of Abellio (the Buses) and London Northwestern Railway. I also got shouted at for walking on the side of the tape that the buses drove down. Oops. In the morning, I also saw a G2 from Lucketts, and an E400MMC from Reading Buses, but unfortunately I didn’t get a chance to picture it. I will be uploading the rest of my pictures from yesterday to my new Flickr account that I will be creating later today, I will link you guys to it when I have! Sorry for the incredibly long paragraph!

As you can see, the one at the back still had it’s Paper Display, and it was showing the 74 (I think that’s the route that goes to Willesden Bus garage)

Sh*t pic time! Did not expect to see this; 125 which was put back in service yesterday(?) on the 2 after being rebranded for the 7's festival, which has made this (in my opinion) the best-looking bus in the fleet. Also, the first one to grab a pic of this, even if it is sh*t.

You should be proud of yourself! 😻
